A dedicated virtual machine for your team on our servers: the resources are yours alone, no noisy neighbours. New team projects start on it, and running ones move over together with their database right from their settings. Docker, Traefik, certificates and backups are handled by the platform.

No payment — an email a day ahead, then the VM is shut down and its disk kept for 14 days.
Production on your own server, managed from the familiar dashboard: enter the SSH login details (IP, root or a dedicated sudo user, password or key) and the platform sets everything up on it just like on its own VMs — builds, deploys, domains, certificates. The login details are not stored; after that the panel signs in with its own key. Your users’ data stays with you.

How payment works
- What you pay for
- Access to the platform under the selected plan: running and hosting your apps, bots and websites, databases, Redis, storage, domains and support within the plan limits.
- How charges work
- Payments are credited to your account balance and charged daily: PRO — $0.39 per day, PRO Team — $0.98 per day. You can pay for any period from 10 days to a year; 3, 6 and 12 months come with a 5, 10 and 17% discount.
- Where to pay
- On the website after you sign in: Profile → Balance, by bank card or SBP. Payments are charged in rubles (RUB), with no hidden fees. Auto top-up is only turned on by you and can be switched off in one click.
- Domains
- Custom domains are unlimited and included in the plan price, with no extra charges: regular domains on PRO, and wildcard *.domain too on PRO Team and Business.
- Refunds
- If the service was not provided due to a technical fault on our side or a payment was not credited to your balance, contact support — we will look into it and refund the money. See section 7 of the Terms of Service.
Frequently asked questions
How does my plan apply to my teams?▼
The plan is tied to you as a user. All projects in teams where you are the owner (OWNER) get your plan limits. If you are a member of a team whose projects were created by an owner on PRO, those projects get the owner's PRO limits.
How does the trial work?▼
$6 is credited to your balance right after sign-up. It is only spent once you start working: create your own project or get added to a team. That covers 15 days of PRO with no limits — including databases, Redis and Storage — or 6 days of PRO Team. You can switch plans in your profile at any time to try them out. After that you pay for any period from 10 days to a year.
What does PRO include, and what support do I get?▼
PRO gives you 10 projects, 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM per team (each project up to 4 vCPU and 4 GB, plus up to 4 GB of swap on spikes), disk 40 GB: databases and apps 25, CDN 5, file storage 10, 1 database cluster with up to 5 databases, up to 1,000,000 requests per day and unlimited domains. Deployment help is included — we advise on configuration and help you sort out errors.
What makes up the plan’s disk?▼
The disk has three parts. “Databases and apps” — database volumes, images and containers of your projects. “CDN” — files you upload via Storage or the Storage API and serve by public link. “File storage” — space for private files and backups, coming to the dashboard soon. PRO: 40 GB: databases and apps 25, CDN 5, file storage 10. PRO Team: 85 GB: databases and apps 55, CDN 10, file storage 20.
What is PRO Team?▼
PRO Team is a plan for teams: up to 5 owners, up to 20 projects, dedicated IPs for resources, subdomains via CNAME and priority support. It fits when a team works on the projects and needs higher limits than PRO.
What is BUSINESS?▼
BUSINESS means custom terms for large projects: flexible resources, SLA, a dedicated manager and a hybrid setup. The price is agreed individually — write to support@relaxdev.ru.
What happens when the trial ends?▼
When your balance runs out you'll get an email: projects will be stopped in 24 hours. Top up your balance or enable auto top-up and everything keeps running. Stopped projects start again automatically after payment; projects and their data are deleted one month after being stopped.
What is “+ Admin” (your own VM)?▼
An add-on to PRO, PRO Team or Business — it can’t be ordered on its own. A dedicated VM for your team: from $6 per month for 1 vCPU and 2 GB of memory up to $48 for 4 vCPU, 8 GB and 100 GB of disk. Order it on the VM page: pick a size and paste a public SSH key, and the VM is created automatically in 5–15 minutes. SSH access without root, a container console on the VM page. Projects move over from their settings — the code is rebuilt and the database copied; for a custom domain add an A record pointing to 135.136.191.56. If payment runs out you get an email a day ahead, then the VM is shut down and kept for 14 days.
What is Panel Prod?▼
A separate plan at $12 per month: your own server managed by the panel — for production. Builds, deploys, domains and certificates work as on our VMs, but logs are not sent to the platform and we don’t make or keep database dumps. Use it together with a main plan or on its own.
How do CPU and memory limits work?▼
The plan's vCPU and RAM are for the whole team. PRO gives 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM for the steady load of all projects, PRO Team gives 4 vCPU and 8 GB. Any single project can use the full limit, and on a traffic spike it can go into swap for as much memory again (up to 8 GB in total on PRO), so short peaks don't take your app down. At typical load, all 10 PRO projects fit comfortably within the limit.
How many domains can I connect?▼
As many as you need: custom domains are unlimited and included in the plan price, with SSL issued automatically. PRO Team and Business also support wildcard domains (*.your-domain).
How are requests counted?▼
All HTTP requests to your team's projects per day: up to 1,000,000 on PRO and up to 3,000,000 on PRO Team. The counter resets every day at 03:00, and current usage is shown in the dashboard.
